CEO Ricky Caplin and President Greg Jones founded HCI in Jacksonville in 2009, based on health care technology mandates that were to come. Now, armed with relationships with two of the largest vendors of health software in the world —Cerner Corp. and EPIC Systems — HCI is expanding into the Middle East, Asia and Australia, and continues to expand its domestic offerings as well.
